Enaksha

Director / Speech Pathologist

At EG Speech Pathology, Enaksha enjoys working alongside the team to provide high-quality, person-centred services. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals across the life span with complex communication needs and has a strong commitment to working within the disability sector, with experience supporting people in the mental health and justice systems.

Outside of work: Enjoys spending time outdoors with family and two children. Lifelong love of sport, particularly hockey, basketball, and netball.

Tahlia

Speech Pathologist

Tahlia holds a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science. She loves working with people of all ages and is passionate about helping individuals build confidence and meaningful connections through communication. She has experience with AAC, literacy, early childhood intervention, and school readiness.

Outside of work: Reading, video games, travel, hiking.

Karla

Speech Pathologist

Karla has a Bachelor of Speech Pathology from ACU Melbourne. Her areas of special interest include early childhood development, AAC, and literacy. She enjoys working with people of all ages to deliver engaging intervention and collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Outside of work: Enjoys running, reading, and travelling.

Megan

Speech Pathologist

Megan is a Speech Pathologist with a passion for supporting individuals of all ages to achieve their communication and feeding goals. Alongside her Speech Pathology qualifications, she also holds a degree in Psychology, which enriches her understanding of the people she works with. She has experience with feeding intervention and language development.

Outside of work: Enjoys travelling with her family and teenagers.

Jess

Allied Health Assistant

Jess has been an Allied Health Assistant with EG Speech Pathology for over three years, bringing 13 years of experience supporting students with additional needs in a primary school setting. She enjoys working closely with families and individuals to support therapy goals.

Outside of work: Spends time with her son Toby and their cheeky Cavoodle, Charlie. Enjoys the gym, catching up with friends, and family adventures to Lake Eppalock.

Charli

Allied Health Assistant / Speech Pathology Student

Charli is a second-year Speech Pathology student at La Trobe University and also works as an Allied Health Assistant and Disability Support Worker. She has always been passionate about helping people and making a positive difference in their lives.

Outside of work: Enjoys playing footy, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
